Title Source performed two ground-breaking online Smart Option Signing closings in December 2011. On December 23rd, Title Source completed its first international Smart Option Signing with a couple located in Singapore. The couple, Edwin and Wendy, logged into a secure Smart Option Signing portal and were instantaneously connected with Title Source closing agent, Greg Johnson. The couple quickly completed a seamless online closing – via live video feed – successfully refinancing their Florida property. "I was really pleased with how smoothly the closing went. It went off like the clients were right next door. The only challenge we really had was dealing with the 13 hour time difference. We ended up with the closing taking place at 10:00am our time, which was 11:00pm their time. Wendy did say it was way past their bedtime. They were usually in bed by that time", said Johnson.
